Public Access

As a response to a legitimate demand from the Mexican society for total public access to the information regarding Government performance, and to comply with the legal framework that allows society to exert its constitutional right for information access, the National Institute for Social Development (Indesol) makes information of all its actions available to users, so as to consolidate this institution as a simple, efficient and independent one, in accordance with its legal rights. 

We seek for a greater confidence from society by offering direct and accurate information regarding the different actions this Institute carries out. With this, we intend to enrich the communication linkage between government and civil society.

This section presents a general framework on the main actions carried out to fulfill our duties regarding both, public access to government information, and our National Program on funds Reports, Access to information and the fight against corruption.
